Sales Manager – APAC (Scandinavian Market)

About the role

Inchcape is seeking a Sales Manager to join its APAC Sales Team in Singapore. The role focuses on growing revenue across the Scandinavian market while ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support APAC leadership in revenue growth and payment collection.
• Engage with Scandinavian customers, conducting at least 40 visits per month and producing 480 visit reports annually.
• Promote Inchcape’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline double the target and achieve a win rate of at least 25%.
• Retain customers by selling an average of more than one product per customer each year.
• Negotiate terms and conditions that align with Inchcape’s contracting principles.
• Apply commercial policies on pricing, bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely fee collection.

Required profile

• Proven international sales experience, preferably with exposure to the Scandinavian market.
• Strong understanding of Scandinavian business culture.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of APAC port agency and marine services.
