Sales Manager – Global Account Management

About the role

Samsung Electronics Device Solution is seeking a Sales Manager to lead Global Account Management for a strategic memory‑product customer. You will act as the primary commercial liaison, coordinating across regions, product teams, supply chain, and headquarters to drive revenue and strengthen the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and account performance for the assigned strategic global customer.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets for the memory‑product portfolio.
• Serve as the main commercial contact, handling RFQs, quotations, pricing negotiations and issue escalation.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with headquarters and regional sales strategies.
• Monitor customer demand, forecasts, product requirements and supply status.
• Coordinate with product, supply chain, operations, quality and headquarters teams to meet customer needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews and prepare sales reports, forecasts and presentations.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions relevant to the account.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales or account‑management experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• At least 5 years managing key or strategic customer accounts.
• Proven ability to work with global customers and cross‑regional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, reporting and negotiation capabilities.
