About the role
Coface is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across its portfolio of trade credit insurance and related financial solutions. You will be responsible for expanding market penetration, introducing new products, and optimizing sales performance in a fast‑moving, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, referrals, networking and digital channels.
- Present tailored product proposals, develop quotations and manage the full sales cycle to contract signing.
- Lead commercial negotiations, track client satisfaction and maintain accurate sales reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client movements to recommend product enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, intermediaries and partners to deliver solutions and represent Coface at industry events.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and work with risk teams to manage portfolio profitability.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in credit insurance, banking, financial services or credit management.
- Experience in B2C, broker or partnership sales is a plus.
- Good understanding of credit insurance, economic market trends and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with risk‑management principles.
