Sales Manager

About the role

Weaver Network is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to grow and maintain our client base. You will build strong customer relationships, explore new market opportunities, and work closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships and identify potential new clients.
• Contact prospects to develop relationships and generate sales.
• Develop new market segments and increase sales through diverse methods.
• Research industry trends and create new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Weaver Project Team to ensure projects are delivered on time with high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services and innovate new ways to serve businesses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven sales experience in a related product or service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical and non‑technical concepts clearly.
• Deep understanding of the service and product with a drive to innovate.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to set priorities to achieve goals.
• Innate desire to succeed and take initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure in new environments.
