Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth store operations and drive sales for a specific product category. This role combines people management, customer service excellence, and hands‑on merchandising in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach retail assistants to maintain high service standards.
• Own the sales performance of the assigned product category.
• Manage inventory, housekeeping, and merchandising activities.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and handle customer refunds professionally.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a roster based on retail hours (10 am–10 pm, six days a week with one weekday off).
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
