About the role
Polène, a French luxury leather‑goods brand, is opening a new boutique in Singapore and seeks a Sales Manager to lead the store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the right‑hand partner responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance in a high‑end, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team, coordinating daily activities, schedules and lunch breaks.
- Communicate and implement the brand strategy, ensuring all staff understand product positioning and service standards.
- Organise regular meetings with the store’s stock community, train newcomers and maintain internal procedures.
- Plan store activities, resources and morning briefings to optimise customer flow.
- Oversee warehouse operations: receive and check deliveries, handle reservations, process invoices, manage packaging, relabel products and conduct inventory cycles.
- Analyse stock data, propose improvements to procurement and logistics, and optimise storage spaces.
- Collaborate with stockists to achieve sales targets and support their performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales‑management role, preferably within luxury or leather‑goods retail.
- Strong autonomy, adaptability and the ability to manage a fast‑paced customer flow.
- Passion for high‑quality leather products and the craftsmanship behind them.
- Collaborative mindset with a genuine spirit of teamwork.
- Proven problem‑solving skills, able to react quickly to urgent situations.
