Sales Manager – Luxury Skincare

About the role

Join a dynamic, multi‑functional team to shape the sales strategy for a leading luxury skincare brand. You will develop collaborative relationships with key retailers, create compelling category and brand plans, and drive growth both in‑store and online while enjoying opportunities to travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, sell, implement and evaluate business plans to exceed financial targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations and other functions to create joint strategies.
• Manage distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising to optimise market presence.
• Translate business objectives into measurable selling points for customers.
• Build productive relationships with key retailer contacts and negotiate mutually beneficial plans.
• Analyse raw data, use analytical tools and integrate data systems to generate actionable insights.
• Provide input into retailer category strategy and support business process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven success in Joint Business Planning meetings and shopper‑based design execution.
• Experience in luxury skincare or travel retail, preferably with Greater China retailers.
• Business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• 1‑3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep understanding of commercial planning, retail promotion planning and execution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor sales teams.
