About the role
Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales of its PowerGen product and solutions for data centre customers in the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing global key accounts, driving revenue, and delivering mission‑critical emergency backup solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Global Data Center Key Accounts for APAC, quoting and delivering power generation solutions.
- Collaborate with EMEA and NALA teams to strategically develop and grow accounts.
- Achieve sales targets for direct turn‑key solutions and emergency backup projects.
- Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and conduct business review meetings with key customers.
- Liaise with third‑party suppliers and Sales Engineering to confirm technical scope and pricing.
- Promote MTU products through market analysis, lead generation, and positioning of technology.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory data in internal systems.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or account management experience in industrial, electrical, power systems, energy, construction or O&G sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and result‑oriented skills.
- Proven track record of meeting business targets and developing strategies.
- High integrity, customer focus and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
