Sales Manager – Reactive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Reactive to join a well‑established hospitality organization in Singapore. The role is full‑time and focuses on converting corporate sales leads into confirmed business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely response to assigned sales leads.
• Drive strong conversion of corporate sales leads.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by management.
• Conduct sales activities, including follow‑up calls and hotel site inspections.
• Manage new bookings and existing business blocks in Opera.
• Work closely with the Conference & Event Services team to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Handle other duties and projects assigned by senior sales leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant hotel industry experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Multicultural awareness with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented.
