About the role

Heritage Collection is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its 12‑month Hospitality Management Graduate Programme. This rotational programme offers hands‑on exposure across hotel operations, technology, and sales & marketing, preparing you for a junior management career in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core departments – Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing – to understand cross‑functional collaboration.
• Shadow senior leaders and contribute to day‑to‑day hotel activities.
• Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing guest experiences.
• Work closely with assigned mentors to develop leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Prepare reports and presentations that reflect systematic and logical thinking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and logical reasoning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
