Sales Manager – Remote (Singapore)

About the role

Boxaroo is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Singapore and the broader APAC region. This remote‑first position reports directly to the Managing Director and offers high ownership with a clear path to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads (20%) and develop outbound prospecting playbooks (80%).
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and present tailored proposals to mid‑market and enterprise prospects.
• Negotiate pricing and timelines, close deals, and own the post‑sale hand‑off to operations.
• Maintain a clean CRM, provide accurate weekly forecasts, and continuously improve sales processes.
• Build relationships with People/HR, Operations, and Marketing teams globally.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, BPO, services or agency environments.
• Strong consultative selling and closing abilities with a hunter mindset.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
• Demonstrated pipeline discipline and ability to own proposals and negotiations.
