Sales Manager – Travel Tech (Remote, Singapore/Malaysia)

About the role

RateHawk, a leading brand of Emerging Travel Group, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive its travel‑tech solutions across Singapore and Malaysia. This remote position focuses on expanding the partner network, securing API integrations, and delivering revenue growth in the B2B travel market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote RateHawk’s international travel platform within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify, sign‑up, and train new partners on the system.
• Negotiate and implement API integration deals with both new and existing partners.
• Maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with partners and oversee the commercial agreement process.
• Guide partners through the first purchase and ensure compliance with payment and commercial terms.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in B2B sales or business development.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑changing tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits (approximately 40‑50% of the time).
