About the role

Join ALTIUS ORG’s Leadership Development Programme as a Sales & Marketing Associate. This permanent, entry‑level position offers a structured four‑stage journey to build expertise in sales, marketing, team development and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and support sales activities during Stage 1.
• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns in Stage 2.
• Develop communication skills and begin leading small tasks in Stage 3.
• Take on team responsibilities and contribute to leadership initiatives in Stage 4.
