Sales & Marketing Engineer – Aviation Solutions

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Engineer will promote ANRADUS’s engineering and MRO capabilities to aircraft manufacturers, operators and service providers across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will work closely with the engineering team to design and present tailored avionics solutions for new and existing aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s engineering and MRO capabilities to aviation customers throughout the Asia‑Pacific.
• Recommend optimal, comprehensive avionics system solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and customise technical proposals, quotations and product demonstrations.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Support project planning and facilitate communication between sales and engineering departments.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in avionics systems design or engineering.
• Demonstrated marketing or sales experience within the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of FAA, EASA or military design standards and regulatory environments.
• Experience managing engineering design projects and coordinating with technical teams is a plus.

• Competitive salary up to SGD 7,000 per month plus performance bonus (minimum one month).

• Five‑day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:45 pm.
