Sales Operations Senior Executive – Asia

About the role

The Sales Operations Senior Executive will own the end‑to‑end sales order lifecycle for Sony Interactive Entertainment’s Asia distributor and commercial network. You will ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and seamless coordination with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage back‑catalog and new‑release distributor and commercial sales order processing, validating orders for compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for order administration during coverage periods.
• Handle EDI and order transmission exceptions, investigate errors, and coordinate fixes.
• Maintain purchase order forms, pricing, assortment lists, and presell SKU set‑up across systems.
• Coordinate outbound execution with 3PL warehouses, creating deliveries and validating dispatch readiness.
• Manage distributor and transport bookings, collaborating with freight forwarders as needed.
• Provide functional backup for MDG data workflows during peak volumes or staff absences.
• Support monthly demand and supply planning by updating production order and inventory data in the Rolling Forecast file.
• Align rework order schedules with new product launch requirements to ensure inventory readiness.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in sales operations, order management, or related logistics functions.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Commercial Planning, Finance, Operations, and 3PL partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity under high‑volume conditions.
• Effective communication skills to act as a primary contact for distributors and internal teams.
