About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency looking for a Sales & Outreach Specialist to lead our lead‑generation efforts. You will identify, engage, and nurture potential clients who can benefit from our SEO, SEM, CRO, and paid social services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and connect with prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Conduct email outreach and cold‑calling to initiate conversations.
• Schedule meetings between interested prospects and our sales team.
• Manage and nurture leads within HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth lead flow.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
• Represent the agency with professionalism and enthusiasm.
