Sales Promoter – Luxury Perfume at Changi Airport

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic Sales Promoter to represent Maison 21G at our Changi Airport duty‑free counters. You will be the face of the brand, helping international travelers discover their personal fragrance signature.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage travelers with warmth, confidence and elegance.
• Listen to each client’s personality, mood and lifestyle to recommend bespoke perfume creations.
• Guide customers through our range of perfumes, discovery sets, dual crayons and 100 ml bottles, turning a purchase into a personalized luxury experience.
• Cross‑sell and upsell across product lines while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain impeccable counter standards that reflect Maison 21G’s luxury DNA.
• Handle stock management, replenishment and operational procedures in partnership with Shilla.

Required profile

• Natural seller with a genuine love for people, storytelling and luxury experiences.
• Passionate about fragrance, beauty, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
• Curious, eager to learn and motivated to be trained as a Scent Designer.
• Confident, articulate and comfortable engaging an international clientele.
• Detail‑oriented, service‑driven and emotionally intelligent.
• Resilient and energized by a fast‑paced airport retail environment.
