About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in the construction materials sector in Singapore. The role involves managing sales processes, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate sales procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Establish work priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.
- Monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts effectively.
- Develop and execute plans to acquire new customers through direct sales techniques and B2B marketing visits.
Required profile
- Legally eligible to work in Singapore (no work permit provided).
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, civil/industrial engineering, management, economics, or marketing.
- At least 1 year of sales representative experience in the construction materials industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
