Sales & Service Support Executive

About the role

The Sales & Service Support Executive will act as the main back‑office partner for the store’s sales team, ensuring seamless handling of customer services, reservations, repairs and after‑sales requests. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards, monitoring performance metrics and supporting internal control procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service requests, special orders, reservations and repair inquiries using store IT tools.
• Monitor conversion rates, average handling times and lead times across the after‑sales lifecycle.
• Support the sales team by simplifying back‑office processes and challenging unnecessary service requests.
• Assist with till control, stock discrepancies and internal archiving in line with compliance rules.
• Train new staff on service‑related digital tools and act as the key user for related processes.
• Help plan staff rotas, coordinate temporary staffing and oversee internal communications.
• Organise supply of uniforms, stationery, food & beverage and manage related invoicing.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store maintenance, security coordination and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and luxury brands.
• Significant experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in retail.
• Organised, rigorous, autonomous and able to anticipate needs.
• Customer‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using store‑specific IT tools and digital platforms.
