Sales Supervisor – Beauty Services

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Supervisor to join our beauty and wellness centre in Jurong West, Singapore. You will work closely with a team of beauticians, consultants and hairstylists to promote a wide range of beauty packages and services to our diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a variety of facial, TCM, hair and other beauty services.
• Maintain excellent after‑sales relationships with customers, primarily in English and Mandarin.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the manager, including supporting other team members.
• Work a six‑day week schedule and ensure the salon is well‑presented.

Required profile

• Outgoing, team‑oriented and able to commute reliably.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and willing to learn new tasks.
• Basic proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to interact with a multicultural client base.
• Must be able to meet personal sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and selling abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty and facial treatments.
• Haircutting, coloring and treatment expertise.
• Basic Chinese language skills.
• Basic English language skills.
