Sales Telemarketer – Beauty Products – High Commission

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Telemarketer to promote our skincare products and services to potential and existing clients. You will work closely with our Marketing Lead to drive appointments and generate sales in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote skincare products, treatments, and services.
• Explain product benefits and ongoing promotions clearly.
• Schedule consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants.
• Conduct follow‑up calls, handle enquiries, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
• Gather customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service; beauty or skincare industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasive negotiation abilities and confidence in pitching and closing sales.
• Effective time management to handle a high volume of calls and follow‑up tasks.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to recommend suitable solutions.
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or LTVP holders with valid work rights.
