SAP Consultant – ETP as a Service (ABAP/CPI/BTP)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking experienced SAP professionals to join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team across Southeast Asia. You will provide Level 2/3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support and contribute to enhancement projects for SAP ABAP, CPI and BTP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level AMS support, troubleshooting production incidents of varying complexity.
• Collaborate with functional teams to design, estimate and implement medium to complex enhancements.
• Perform problem management, root‑cause analysis and ensure permanent fixes are applied.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Deloitte’s AMS processes and standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong background in SAP application support and enhancement delivery.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Experience in incident, problem and change management within an AMS environment.
