SAP O2C Lead – Order-to-Cash (SD & Customer Service)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP O2C Lead to drive a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation in Singapore. The role will lead the functional design of the Order‑to‑Cash process, covering SAP SD, Customer Service and related integration points.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end O2C solution design across SAP SD, customer master, contracts, pricing, billing and Accounts Receivable.
• Configure SAP Customer Service, including service contracts, notifications, service orders and resource‑related billing integrated with Plant Maintenance.
• Standardise order types, pricing and invoicing into a unified SAP S/4HANA O2C template.
• Drive integration across SAP modules and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Facilitate fit‑to‑standard workshops, solution playbacks, WRICEF discussions and User Acceptance Testing.
• Mentor a blended on‑shore/off‑shore functional team and act as the primary functional lead for business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 8 years in SAP SD.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SAP Customer Service experience.
• Proven track record of leading at least two end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations as SAP SD Lead.
• Strong functional consulting background with team‑lead or supervisory experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore for the duration of the project.
