SAP S/4HANA SD Functional Consultant (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant to support and optimise our end‑user SAP environment in a manufacturing setting. The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that O2C processes, sales operations and related logistics run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA SD processes and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD components such as Customer Master, Sales Order, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Returns, Output and Inter‑company Sales.
• Analyse business issues, design solutions, prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom developments.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout and upgrade projects, including requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis and testing (Unit, SIT, UAT).
• Coordinate cross‑module integration with SAP MM, PP, EWM/WM, FI/CO, TM and third‑party interfaces.
• Deliver user documentation, training sessions and drive continuous improvement of SAP best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP SD functional consulting experience, preferably in an end‑user organisation.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes.
