Scalp Consultant

About the role

A professional hair and scalp care centre in Singapore is looking for a Scalp Consultant. You will be the main point of contact for customers seeking expert guidance on hair and scalp health, combining technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to deliver an excellent customer experience within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine rapport with customers and establish trusted, long-term relationships through attentive, professional service
• Provide expert hair and scalp assessments and give clear, accurate advice tailored to each customer's needs
• Perform hands-on scalp and hair treatments in line with established professional standards
• Own individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals
• Work with colleagues to keep a cohesive, high-performing team
• Handle day-to-day outlet administrative duties accurately and efficiently
• Show enthusiasm and up-to-date knowledge of hair and scalp care developments

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in scalp or hair treatments, ideally in a scalp or hair treatment establishment
• Solid knowledge of hair and scalp conditions, with the ability to explain treatments clearly and deliver them confidently
• Self-motivated, driven to meet and exceed targets
• Comfortable with flexible shift patterns across weekdays and weekends

• Strong English communication skills and the ability to engage warmly with a diverse range of customers
• Team player who can also work independently
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented when handling administrative tasks
