School Corporate Support Officer – Woodlands

About the role

The School Corporate Support Officer provides essential clerical and first‑aid assistance within a primary school setting in Woodlands. You will be the first point of contact for students and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and the First‑Aid Room.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver counter services and perform simple data‑entry tasks.
• Assist students in the First‑Aid Room, providing basic first‑aid care when needed.
• Support ad‑hoc material preparation, including printing, cutting and lamination work.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a tidy, organized work environment.

Required profile

• Valid Standard First Aid (SFA) Certificate.
• At least one continuous year of clerical experience in a primary school, including first‑aid duties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
