Senior 2D Artist

About the role

As a Senior 2D Artist in Level Infinite’s internal creative studio, you will be the visual heartbeat of our AAA game portfolio. You will imagine worlds, characters and key moments, turning concepts into polished artwork that guides downstream production.

Key responsibilities

• Create premium marketing art and character pieces that elevate the creative vision of each project.
• Lead visual development for characters, environments, props, key art and marketing moments from rough ideation to presentation‑ready assets.
• Define character silhouettes, costumes, expressions and storytelling elements to world‑class standards.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools into the ideation and production pipeline to accelerate exploration and generate variations.
• Move fluidly between 2D and 3D workflows, using 3D tools for blocking and kit‑bashing to enhance 2D output.
• Mentor junior artists and help raise the overall craft within the art team.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in 2D concept art and character design for games.
• Strong artistic eye with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to adopt emerging AI and 3D technologies to improve efficiency.
