Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to lead finance operations for our Singapore hub and its overseas subsidiaries. You will own the full set of accounts, ensure accurate reporting, and support audit and tax compliance in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance operations, including GL, AP, AR and expense approvals for Singapore and overseas entities.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Execute full‑set month‑end closing independently and produce management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Liaise with external auditors for local and group audits, prepare audit schedules and address queries.
• Implement and monitor internal controls over purchasing, sales, expenses and inventory movements.
• Assist in corporate income tax computation and coordinate with tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate secretarial requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
