Senior Accountant – Retail Finance

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, commercially‑minded Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our Group Finance team, supporting the retail finance function across the Group. The role will own sales reporting, inventory accounting, cost of sales reporting and provide financial analysis to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly sales reports, track trends, product performance, margins and key business metrics.
• Oversee inventory accounting, monitor stock movements, valuation and cost of sales, and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain the full set of accounts for assigned entities, execute month‑end and year‑end closing, and produce management reports.
• Partner with operations, procurement and commercial teams to deliver financial insights, identify inventory risks and margin improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and support process‑improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including full set of accounts.
• Hands‑on experience in retail finance, sales reporting and inventory accounting.
• Strong analytical abilities and commercial mindset.
