Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Singapore. The role involves managing end‑to‑end accounting processes, supporting cash flow, and ensuring timely collections and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general bookkeeping and full‑set accounting functions.
• Handle daily operational AP/AR tasks, including invoicing, payments and receipts.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and prepare related reports.
• Manage debt collections by contacting customers to secure timely payments.
• File GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly sales commission calculations and verify incentives.
• Execute ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required.

Required profile

• Meticulous, organized and able to work independently under deadlines.
• Positive learning attitude and strong team player.
• Pro‑active, capable of multitasking.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting software (advantageous).
