Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting‑edge AI solutions across our enterprise. You will work on large‑scale data pipelines, large language models, and AI agent architectures to deliver high‑impact products for our clients in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement production‑grade AI services, APIs and distributed systems.
• Build and maintain large‑scale data pipelines using Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Delta Lake and Parquet.
• Develop, fine‑tune and evaluate large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen) and agentic AI systems.
• Design retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases and hybrid search solutions.
• Deploy models at scale with vLLM, llama.cpp, Kubernetes and GPU infrastructure.
• Implement MLOps practices using MLflow, CI/CD, model registries and observability tools.
• Leverage cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable, secure AI workloads.
• Ensure AI security, governance and responsible AI safeguards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an AI Engineer.
• Strong background in software engineering, data engineering and cloud‑native architectures.
• Proven ability to work on end‑to‑end AI projects from research to production.
• Experience with model optimisation, quantisation, LoRA/QLoRA and cost‑efficient inference.
