Senior Analyst – Technology Account Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead Technology Account Management for key customers in Singapore. The role blends strong technical knowledge with customer‑facing skills, driving successful delivery and ongoing operation of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technology and operational relationships with assigned customers in Singapore and the region.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure high‑quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Execute project elements, track incidents, and coordinate with internal technical teams for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk issues appropriately and support release communications and customer readiness activities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, prepare Quarterly Operational Reviews, and provide product guidance and training.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and support solution development for new products or services.
• Mentor junior team members and manage smaller projects or initiatives.

• Seasoned individual contributor with strong technical knowledge and customer engagement experience.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, solve problems, and improve customer outcomes.
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
