Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and delivery of complex building projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants and authorities from concept through construction, ensuring design quality, regulatory compliance and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and professionals early to define project briefs and develop them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create design proposals using computer‑aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing techniques.
• Prepare and support planning and other regulatory applications.
• Coordinate detailed design, manage design information and liaise with authorities for statutory approvals.
• Lead tender documentation, construction drawings and assist in contract administration.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, resolve construction‑stage issues and perform defect inspections.
• Mentor and manage junior staff and direct reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
• Familiarity with Singapore or Malaysia building regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
• Proactive, conscientious work attitude.
