Senior Architect

About the role

AWP Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead design, planning and delivery of architectural projects in our Singapore office. You will work closely with the Director and multidisciplinary teams to translate concepts into built environments that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring design quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, interior, and specialist consultants to integrate all project disciplines.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and client communications.
• Oversee production of construction documents and BIM models.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative teamwork.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including mission‑critical, industrial, laboratory or clean‑room facilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree in Architecture or related field; professional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit design software.
• Project management expertise.
