Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and delivery of complex projects in Singapore or Malaysia. You will work closely with clients, consultants and authorities to shape project briefs and ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients and professionals early to define project briefs.
• Develop and evolve design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Prepare planning and regulatory applications and liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Coordinate detailed design, tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Advise clients on contract procurement and manage tender processes.
• Administer contracts, certify projects and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
• Resolve construction‑stage issues, conduct defect inspections and manage junior staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with local building regulations.
• Proactive, conscientious attitude.

Required skills

• Computer‑aided design (CAD) proficiency.
