Senior Architectural Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Associate to lead design development and coordinate project delivery from concept through construction. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure projects meet regulatory, functional, and aesthetic requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients and professionals early to define and refine project briefs.
• Develop and update design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Prepare planning and regulatory applications, tender documentation, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate design information, liaise with consultants, and manage site visits.
• Produce detailed specifications, advise on contracts, and assist in contract administration.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct defect inspections, and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Familiarity with Singaporean or Malaysian building regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.
• Proactive, conscientious work attitude.
