Senior Architectural Executive

About the role

Join SAA as a Senior Architectural Executive and lead the design and delivery of impactful urban projects. You will work alongside a global team of architects and designers to create meaningful spaces that enrich communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Associate/Architect in executing design and management strategies.
• Coordinate inputs from all parties, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor project timelines.
• Conduct pre‑design studies, feasibility analyses, and site zoning reviews.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs aligned with client briefs, budgets, and authority requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, tender packages, material specifications, and schedules of finishes.
• Manage construction‑stage activities, resolve design issues, and oversee project handovers.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s Building Control Act and ability to act as a Qualified Person.
• Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on schedule.
• Excellent understanding of design codes, standards, and best practices.
