Senior Assistant Director – Ecosystem Development

About the role

The Senior Assistant Director will support the Executive Director of NQO in shaping and executing a go‑to‑industry strategy that drives the growth of Singapore’s quantum ecosystem. This senior role involves building partnerships, guiding collaborations and providing strategic advice on quantum technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a go‑to‑industry strategy aligned with the National Quantum Strategy.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with stakeholders across the quantum ecosystem.
• Lead NQO’s response to companies seeking deeper quantum collaboration in Singapore.
• Maintain productive relationships with partners, addressing partnership and technical issues on behalf of the Executive Director.
• Provide industry domain expertise and strategic advice related to quantum technologies.
• Channel partner feedback to internal NQO teams.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in a similar senior partnership or ecosystem development role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and systems‑thinking abilities.
• Resourceful, independent and able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
