Senior Assistant Director, Public Programmes

About the role

Nanyang Business School (NBS) at Nanyang Technological University is hiring a Senior Assistant Director to lead its Executive Education Public Programmes. The role combines business development, market analysis and client relationship building to grow the NEE portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership and lead business development for the Public Programmes
• Analyse the executive education market (market research, competitors, segmentation, growth trends, value proposition) and recommend strategies
• Turn analysis into strategic actions aligned with NBS/NEE's overall business direction
• Serve existing clients and add new ones to grow the pipeline and portfolio
• Work with faculty to create learning proposals and programmes that meet manpower training needs
• Ensure high client satisfaction and build trusted relationships with clients
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate on mutually beneficial initiatives
• Identify and engage on internal and external stakeholder issues
• Assist in developing new corporate initiatives that improve corporate processes and client experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of working experience
• Experience preferably in executive education, the L&D department of an organisation or in consulting
• Proven revenue generation through business development, sales and bidding management
• Leadership skills and interest in coaching junior team members
