Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager, HR Technology

About the role

SingHealth's Strategic HR division is looking for a driven Senior / Assistant Manager to support HR digitalisation across its cluster. The HR Technology team drives the digitalisation of HR processes so that people systems are effective, user-friendly and continuously improving. You will work on the full lifecycle of HR information systems, from implementation and maintenance to training and process improvement, working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, lead User Acceptance Testing and liaise with vendors and Synapxe to ensure successful system rollouts and timely issue resolution.
• Review and validate HRIS change requests, obtain stakeholder buy-in and work with support partners to resolve system problems.
• Attend to staff queries, manage HRIS authorisation roles and generate reports as required for day-to-day HR operations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, including the SingHealth HRIS Induction Programme, and keep eLearning content current.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Business or Science.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to HRIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
