Senior Assistant Manager – Campus Planning (3-year contract)

About the role

This 3‑year contract position focuses on the redevelopment of a new health campus in Singapore. You will help shape a transformational healing environment that integrates patient care, community spaces, and sustainable design.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and procurement of medical and non‑medical equipment and furniture.
• Facilitate user workgroups, organise meetings and review performance indicators.
• Assist in budgetary planning and control to keep projects within financial limits.
• Prepare equipment and furniture specifications for tender processes.
• Provide technical compliance recommendations for tender submissions.
• Support tender committees in evaluating equipment and service proposals.
• Act as a liaison between user departments, consultants and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of workflows and requirements.
• Stay updated on healthcare planning trends to guide campus development.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management and procurement.
• Healthcare background highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning and strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to integrate multiple project components.
