Senior Assistant Manager, Precinct Planning & Development

About the role

A Healthy Precinct is a neighbourhood designed to make healthy living easy and sustainable, bringing together accessible health and social services, well-planned spaces and community networks. As part of the Precinct Planning and Development Department under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will bring internal and community stakeholders together, coordinate initiatives and integrate health and social support systems to improve community care and population health.

Key responsibilities

• Track progress of Healthy Precinct projects for the Western Region, translating strategies into implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop Healthy Precinct framework elements with respective leads so they are successfully conceptualised and implemented in the community.
• Lead development of Healthy Precincts with stakeholders and provide data insights and analysis to support Community Health Plans.
• Conceptualise and manage pilot projects with internal and community stakeholders to strengthen the health ecosystem in the precinct.
• Undertake other strategic projects, including working with other RHSO departments or agencies and leading secretariat work for workgroups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models is advantageous.
• Pleasant personality, able to work well with others to build buy-in and collaboration.
