Senior Associate - Business Recovery Services

About the role

PwC's Deals Advisory Practice in Singapore supports mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets, and its Business Recovery Services arm offers financial and operational restructuring, dispute analysis and forensic investigation to companies in distress. This Senior Associate role sits within that specialist group.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively assist in managing several clients
• Train and lead staff
• Build effective working relationships directly with clients
• Develop your own and your team's technical acumen
• Stay up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Take part in business development to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
• Develop internal relationships and the PwC brand

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management
• At least 2 years of relevant corporate restructuring, insolvency and forensic investigation experience
• Strong project management skills and a good team player
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice is essential
