Senior Associate/AVP, AI Fluency – Adoption & Change Management Specialist

About the role

Temasek is seeking a senior professional to drive AI fluency across the organisation. The role focuses on moving employees from AI awareness to embedded, productive AI habits at scale, supporting investment, operations and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end change management for major AI capability deployments, from stakeholder mapping to sustained adoption tracking.
• Design and execute adoption campaigns that guide employees through awareness, activation and habit formation.
• Build and manage a network of AI champions within business units to act as peer advocates.
• Partner with senior leadership across Technology, Investment and Operations to secure sponsorship and align programmes with business priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional groups to identify and remove systemic blockers such as tool friction, policy gaps or cultural resistance.
• Apply structured change‑management methodologies adapted to fast‑moving AI deployments.
• Design role‑based AI learning journeys tailored to distinct employee groups.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in change management, organisational transformation or AI adoption.
• Proven ability to work closely with business users, coach them and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measuring impact and continuous improvement.
