About the role
We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the design, maintenance and optimisation of industrial automation systems at our Boon Lay plant in Singapore. The role is central to ensuring operational reliability, driving continuous improvement and implementing advanced automation solutions across the plant. Our company is a leading provider of high‑quality food and beverage ingredients, working with farming communities across ~50 countries to grow, source and produce cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts and spices. We supply household food brands and manufacturers worldwide and are committed to a positive impact on people and planet.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop automation solutions for food and beverage ingredient production.
- Maintain and optimise existing automation systems to maximise reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations.
- Implement advanced automation technologies to support our cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts and spices product lines.
Required profile
- Highly experienced senior automation engineer.
