Senior Avionics/Electrical Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technician to join our aerospace maintenance team at our facility on Airport Road, Singapore. The role involves hands‑on diagnostics, repair, modification and testing of avionics and electrical products, ensuring all work meets the latest technical manuals and customer turnaround times.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair, modification and testing of avionics/electrical products using current AD/CMM/SB/SIL revisions.
• Execute the full repair process: pre‑disassembly testing, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, evaluation, re‑assembly, final testing and release of serviceable components.
• Plan and manage work schedules to meet customer turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
• Act as point of contact for POL/Equipment/Calibration appointments supporting the shop.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and pursue certification as Work Signatory, Release Signatory and Certifying Release Staff.

Required profile

• Diploma in Aerospace, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in avionics/electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret CMM manuals, engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications and retrofit requirements.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
