Senior Client Partner

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a seasoned Senior Client Partner to lead strategic growth across Financial Services in the APAC region. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior banking stakeholders, own the account P&L, and ensure high‑quality delivery of complex digital transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand strategic BFSI client accounts across APAC, building relationships with CxO stakeholders.
• Develop long‑term account plans, digital roadmaps and innovation strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, manage multi‑year, multi‑million‑USD deals and achieve margin targets.
• Lead governance, risk mitigation and program reviews for large IT and system‑integration projects.
• Provide industry thought leadership on core banking platforms, payments modernization and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales, solution and delivery teams; mentor junior account managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing BFSI accounts in APAC, with a strong network of CxO contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to own P&L, negotiate large contracts and deliver complex programmes.
• Deep understanding of banking ecosystems, regulatory environments and digital transformation trends.
