Senior Commercial Specialist – FHS TSP (A380 Base Maintenance)

About the role

The Senior Commercial Specialist for the FHS‑TSP program is responsible for commercial execution of A380 Base Maintenance under the Singapore Airlines (SIA) contract and for warranty management of both SIA A380 and Scoot A320 fleets. The role ensures accurate validation of additional work, rigorous MRO man‑hour vetting, and disciplined handling of technical warranty claims.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end validation and closure of A380 Base‑Maintenance Additional Work with full contract traceability.
• Lead systematic review and adjudication of MRO‑charged man‑hours, identify duplications or overcharging, and negotiate corrections.
• Oversee the full warranty claim lifecycle for SIA A380 and Scoot A320 fleets, coordinating with engineering and materials teams.
• Ensure 100% compliance with invoicing KPIs through structured follow‑up and timely approvals.
• Maintain and improve the man‑hour vetting process to increase reviewer productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Execute processes defined in the A380 Tripartite Interface Manual and manage related amendments.
• Prepare cost‑validation files and internal endorsements for prompt invoicing and reporting.
• Act as the commercial focal point for SIA, Scoot, SIAEC, and internal functions, delivering regular status reports and leading warranty committee meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial management of aircraft base‑maintenance programs.
• Strong background in warranty claim administration for commercial aircraft fleets.
• Demonstrated ability to vet and negotiate MRO man‑hour charges.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills across airlines, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Ability to ensure KPI compliance and deliver cost‑control outcomes.
