Senior Consultant – Construction Claims & Delay Analysis

About the role

J.S. Held is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Construction Advisory Practice. The role focuses on construction dispute resolution, claims assessment, and forensic delay analysis for high‑stakes projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct construction dispute resolution and claims assessment on live projects.
• Perform forensic delay and disruption analysis and contribute to expert report preparation.
• Provide programming and scheduling support, including critical‑path analysis.
• Manage client interactions, conduct advanced data research, and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience with contract and change‑order management, and review of drawings and specifications.
• Background in active engineering or construction projects, or in claims, dispute resolution, and project advisory services.
• Demonstrated initiative, strong client‑relation skills, and ability to deliver under pressure.
