Senior Consultant - Financial Markets & Private Banking

It is recruiting a Senior Consultant in Financial Markets and Private Banking Transformation in Singapore. The consultant leads strategic initiatives that optimise operations and drive innovation for clients in the financial markets and private banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to assess current practices, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies that improve performance and competitiveness.
• Lead project teams in defining Target Operating Models (TOM) and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse market dynamics, regulatory requirements and industry trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives such as process reengineering, technology adoption and organisational restructuring.
• Advise on financial market operations, private banking services and wealth management strategies.
• Deliver presentations, reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
• Prior experience in management consulting.
• Proven experience in financial markets, private banking or financial services consulting, with a focus on process improvement, offshoring, investment banking or asset services.
• Track record of delivering successful projects.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage several initiatives at once while meeting deadlines.
